A property alert is an email when a new property matches what you asked for. Three questions and your email address — no password. Your email is your account: your alerts and your saved properties are kept together under it, and every email we send carries a link back to them headed “Your alerts and saved homes”.

Buying, renting, or just looking?

One email goes out to check the address is yours, and nothing else follows until you click the link in it. We keep your email address and what you asked to watch, and nothing besides; every email carries an unsubscribe link. One list per address, so signing up again replaces what you asked for last time rather than adding a second alert. Privacy and cookies.
